Apply to be an RSPO Member.
If all requirements are met upon application submission, the RSPO Membership application process typically takes 4-6 weeks to complete. This can vary per submission depending on if all documents are received, applying organisation’s financial process duration and more. Please note the Membership Team is based in our headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (GMT+8).

Create an account on MyRSPO.
After signing up, you will receive an email to create your password so you can log into MyRSPO. View step-by-step instruction on how to set up an account here.
Once you are logged in, you can apply for membership. View step-by-step instruction on how to apply for membership here. The list of documents required can be seen here.
The RSPO Membership Team will request any additional documentation, if needed, and send an invoice for the first year of membership via email.
After documents have been reviewed and approved as meeting RSPO criteria, the application will be posted on the RSPO website for two weeks for public comments.
RSPO Membership Team reviews application and any public comment feedback, approves or rejects the application, receives payment for the first year of membership, sends a confirmation letter to the member via email and the member profile is published on the RSPO website.
