Register for RSPO PalmTrace

Certified RSPO Members who wish to buy or sell RSPO Certified Sustainable Palm Oil (CSPO) products on RSPO PalmTrace, and buyers and sellers of RSPO Credits, must register on RSPO PalmTrace.

When registering, please use the name of the parent company that is an RSPO Member or its subsidiaries. The registration review process takes two to three working days. Registrants will be notified via email from [email protected] to the email used to register if their registration has been accepted along with their individual username and password. If more information is needed, it will be requested via email.

Licence

Everyone who uses RSPO PalmTrace must have a licence.

For members who are certified, after a successful audit, the Certification Body (CB) uploads the audit report to RSPO PalmTrace and requests a licence, which needs to be approved by the RSPO Secretariat. The validity period of the Licence is for one year. Both the member and the auditor will receive notification about their license status before expiry.

Organisations that do not further modify end products or that do not need to undergo Supply Chain Certification such as traders, or distributors can find more information about how to request a licence in the Traders and Distributor Licence Guidance. They must register in RSPO PalmTrace before applying for a Licence. Application for a traders or distributors Licence has to be repeated annually.

RSPO Credits buyers and sellers

For those wanting to trade under the Book and Claim supply chain model, in addition to registering, you must submit a request for access form:
