Reminder: Activate Your prisma Account

Dear Valued Members,

This is a formal reminder to activate your prisma by RSPO account promptly to ensure a smooth transition, as PalmTrace will be deactivated on 31 January 2025, 12:00 PM CET. Activation of your admin account is critical for ensuring ongoing access to RSPO Certification and trading without disruption.

Failure to activate your account before the specified deadline may result in significant disruptions to your ongoing operations.

Once activated, you can:

• Add more users related to your assets in the Entity Management module.
• Verify pre-loaded data for accuracy.

Key Dates:

• Now – 31 January 2025: Data verification on prisma.
• 31 January 2025, 12:00 PM CET: PalmTrace shuts down for final data migration. Pending transactions will be cancelled.
• 2 February 2025, 12:00 PM CET: prisma goes live.
