We are delighted to invite you to our Additional prisma Clinic Session at the upcoming Annual Roundtable Conference on Sustainable Palm Oil (RT2025)! If you have any inquiries regarding the prisma platform, this is a valuable opportunity to engage directly with the prisma team.

Location: Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

Room: Mezzanine Room 3, Level 1

Date: 3 November (Monday) and 5 November (Wednesday)

Time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (both days)

We will have three desks to support you on all queries related to the following main areas:

Each clinic session will be for 45 minutes. If you have questions across multiple areas (e.g., Audit + Trade), kindly book multiple, non-overlapping clinic slots, as different team members will be attending each area.

Note: Priority for booking slots will be given to RSPO Members who are directly involved in the palm oil supply chain and are current users of prisma.
