The Smallholder Trainer Academy (STA) was introduced in 2019 with the focus on improving the livelihoods of smallholders by providing them with knowledge and training on sustainable oil palm practices. Since inception to date, we have 32 active partners across the globe, with 9,421 participants trained by our Master Trainers.
After having reviewed our financial operations from the past 3 years, we are pleased to announce that the STA will officially discontinue charging an annual partnership fee. Current partners and future applications will no longer be required to pay for the STA partnership fee starting from 1 January 2022. This has been supported by the Smallholder Standing Committee in the last meeting.
For further information or clarification, please contact [email protected] or visit the STA portal.
