An article was published in the Sun on 23 September 2024 titled “RSPO and MSPO working on formalising dual certification”. The article contained a number of inaccuracies which RSPO would like to correct. On the point regarding dual certification with MSPO, a preliminary meeting was held to discuss stronger alignment of our respective certification standards. We regret the incident and are taking the necessary measures to investigate the matter internally.
