PT Bumi Sawit Kencana, a subsidiary of Wilmar International Limited, has proposed a new development plan that covers an area of 343.57 ha for its scheme smallholder project – Koperasi Produksi Permadat Sejahtera. The plantation properties are located in Sumber Makmur Village, Sumber Makmur Sub-District, Telawang District, East Kotawaringin Regency, Central Kalimantan Province, Indonesia.

Since this submission falls under the NPP submission by smallholders (low risk) category, no CB verification is required. However, the NPP summary report and its accompanying assessment reports have been reviewed by the RSPO Secretariat.

The summary report for this area is now undergoing a 30-day public comment period, as required by the RSPO New Planting Procedure 2021, from 14 May 2025 until 12 June 2025.
