60-day Public Consultation: 24 November 2021 – 23 January 2022
The RSPO Secretariat is pleased to announce a public consultation on the revision of the RSPO Rules on Market Communications and Claims, for a period of 60 days starting today (24 November 2021). This document will be open for comments up to 23 January 2022.
We would like to highlight the main changes introduced in this revised document, which are among others:

The trademark license to be applied and managed by the parent company

Revision of the 95% rule to 100% for Business to Consumer (B2C) communications

Additional guidance on the remote audit procedure

Removal of the RSPO Next claims rules

Limited space issue addressed for any B2C claims
