We would like to inform you that prisma by RSPO launched at 8:00 AM CET on 3 February 2025, and we thank you for your continued support and cooperation during this crucial transition.
During the migration process, we encountered some data discrepancies, as is expected in any system migration of this scale. The prisma team has taken precautionary measures to ensure the security and interests of our members are protected.
Please note that effective immediately, members will not be able to register trades but importantly you can continue to trade physical stock as usual, and you will be required to register these transactions later. Additionally, we have taken a preemptive step to temporarily pause the trade of RSPO Credits to address some system discrepancies.
We anticipate that the registration of all trading information on prisma will be activated by Wednesday, 12 February 2025 at 9:00 AM MYT.
In the meantime, please rest assured that these precautionary steps have been taken to address expected legacy issues as part of the change management process and our commitment to deliver improved data accuracy and reliability.
We deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause. The success of prisma depends on the collective efforts of the RSPO membership, and we greatly appreciate the cooperation and patience of all our members in facilitating this critical migration. We strongly encourage members to use this transition period to familiarise yourselves with the new platform, and where necessary, to update and verify your data via the prisma help desk.
