The interpretation of the internal audit requirement (Indicator Internal Control System B1.1 MS B) of the RSPO Independent Smallholder Standard 2019, announced on 2 November 2021, mentioned that group managers shall carry out a risk assessment of Independent Smallholder group members for consecutive annual surveillances of the certificate, in accordance with a standardised document provided by RSPO.
