At the 15th Annual General Assembly (GA15) of RSPO Members in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia, Resolution GA15-6b was adopted. This resolution requires RSPO Members to make a list of their supplying mills, including both RSPO Certified and non-certified mills.

Submission Deadlines:

  • For the January-June period (First half): Mill list must be submitted between 1 January and 30 September each year.
  • For the July-December period (Second half): Mill list must be submitted between 1 July and 31 March of the following year.

In line with the above, we encourage all RSPO Members to upload their mill list as early as possible following the period mentioned above unless RSPO communicates any changes.
