As a follow-up to our 9 January 2025 announcements regarding the Resubmission of Disclosure by all RSPO P&C Growers and Scheme Smallholders in prisma and Resubmission of Disclosure and ISH Plot Boundary for Independent Smallholder (ISH) Groups in prisma, the RSPO Secretariat invites all affected members to participate in our upcoming webinars designed to guide you through the resubmission process.
These sessions will provide clear, step-by-step instructions on completing the prisma-based Excel templates and submitting shapefile (concession boundary data) in the required geospatial format.
- Session 1: For P&C Growers and Scheme Smallholders
Date & Time: Monday, 3 February 2025, 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM (GMT+8)
- Session 2: For Independent Smallholder (ISH) Groups
Date & Time: Monday, 3 February 2025, 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM (GMT+8)
We encourage members to review the template and guidelines provided in our previous announcements and attempt the resubmission process beforehand. Please compile any questions or challenges for discussion during the webinars.
These webinars will be conducted in English by Agridence, the developers of the prisma platform. Following the sessions, an FAQ document will be made available on the RSPO website for your future reference.
