With reference to our previous announcement dated 9th May 2014, we hereby inform all RSPO members who own and/or manage oil palm plantation, that the Staged Implementation Period for the Remediation and Compensation Procedures (RaCP) is drawing near.
We thank you for your participation and would like to inform that we will be using the information and experiences gathered the past one year to further improve the procedure.
On March 6th, 2015, the Board of Governors (BoG) endorsed RSPO Compensation Task Force’s (CTF) recommendation to publish the list of non-submitters that have failed to declare/disclose their liability on the RSPO website.
Non-submitters are encouraged to declare their liability by May 8th, 2015 to avoid undisclosed liability being escalated as complaints cases. List of non-submitters are presented below.
Please be informed that this will be the last opportunity to voluntarily disclose liability to RSPO. Kindly submit the Disclosure of Liability Template to [email protected] before May 8th, 2015.
