The RSPO Secretariat is pleased to announce that the RSPO Board of Governors (BoG) in its meeting on 12 November 2020 endorsed the RSPO Certification Systems for Principles and Criteria and RSPO Independent Smallholder Standard. The document will come into effect immediately with a transition period up to 31 March 2021, to allow the certification body (CB) to update their procedures and training to all auditors. By 1 April 2021, all audits against the P&C and the RSPO ISH standard shall use this document. The document is available here.
RSPO will be organising a series of webinars on the new version of the Certification Systems document. Details of the webinars will be announced on the RSPO website soon.
