Dear Member,
We are pleased to inform you that access to MyRSPO and ACOP 2020 reporting has been fully restored.
Our investigation confirmed that the suspicious activities were not a premeditated attack on the RSPO database. The intrusion was deemed to be accidental, not malicious. The integrity of the RSPO Secretariat's databases were never compromised and remain fully secure.
Access to the MyRSPO Members Portal and ACOP 2020 reporting have been restored in full and the submission deadline of ACOP 2020 has been extended to 12 May 2021.
We apologise for the temporary disruption and we regret any inconvenience caused by this issue. The security of your data is our highest priority. The RSPO’s internal policies use the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 as a guide for our internal policies and to manage our approach to data protection.
