Sime Darby Plantation Berhad through its subsidiaries company NBPOL (Poliamba Limited) has proposed a new planting for its concession area at Tivingau ILG land, situated at Lokono Village, Kavieng District, New Ireland Province, Papua New Guinea.

The NPP will be develop on 3 land parcel area that covers a total area of 373.51 ha (199.62 ha will be a development area while 173.89 ha will be a HCV-HCS conserved area). Desk study verification and on-site verification was conducted by TUV Nord Malaysia Sdn Bhd.

The Summary report of this area is now undergoing the 30 days public Notification as required by the RSPO New Planting Procedure 2015.
