The RSPO NI document of Ghana of the RSPO Principles and Criteria 2018 (P&C 2018) has been developed by the participatory of multi-stakeholder groups which have included representation from the relevant sectors. Formation of this National Interpretation Working Group (NIWG) had ensured all required procedures, communications and actions taken are properly documented and recorded.

The  RSPO NI document of Ghana National Interpretation (Ghana NI) 2019 has been drafted through a comprehensive development process including consultation with all relevant groups in producing regions and districts to ensure that it accurately reflects the nature of the industry in Ghana, particularly its national legislation, and customs in the country whilst maintaining and, in some cases, strengthening the integrity of the RSPO requirements for certification.

We are now inviting Public consultation on the Ghana National Interpretation 2019 draft. The draft is available in English language only.
