Bumitama Agri Ltd has proposed a new development plan for its concession that covers an area of 1,527.29 ha located inside its operational area in PT Agriplus (PT AGP) management unit. The plantation properties are located in Belaban village, Riam Batu Gading village (sub district Marau), and Tanggerang village (sub district Jelai Hulu), district of Ketapang, Province Kalimantan Barat, Indonesia.

The NPP verification of PT AGP was conducted through onsite evaluation. Control Union Certifications (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. auditors conducted document verification on 8 December 2021, 28 December 2021 and 6 January 2022, while onsite verification and stakeholder consultation were conducted on 14 to 15 December 2021.

The summary report of this area is now undergoing a 30-day public comments period as required by the RSPO New Planting Procedure 2015 from 18 June 2022 until 17 July 2022.
