Under the China-UK Collaboration on International Forest Investment and Trade (InFIT) Programme, the China Chamber of Commerce of Foodstuffs and Native Produce (CFNA) is producing the Guide for Overseas Investment and Production of Sustainable Palm Oil by Chinese Enterprises. The primary objective of this voluntary Guide is to ensure that overseas investment and production of palm oil by Chinese enterprises are done in a sustainable manner that is consistent with global standards and guides on sustainable production.  

 

Draft 3.0 of the Guide was discussed at a Preparatory Cluster of the recently concluded RT13 Roundtable Meeting. While we have received useful feedback from RT13 participants, we would like to extend the consultation to a wider audience. In this context, we invite interested stakeholders to submit their comments and suggestions for  improvement on the English and/or Chinese versions of the Guide which are downloadable below:
