We are pleased to announce a public consultation on a revision of the RSPO Market Rules on Claims and Communications.

In October 2014, the RSPO Claims & Communications Committee appointed a Task Force to discuss and agree on revisions to these Rules. The revised document is now available as draft for public consultation to download here. A number of important changes have been made which are summarised in an overview guidance note for easy reference. Click here for the Changes Overview document.

We invite all members and interested stakeholders to submit your comments in writing to  by [email protected]  before 10 May 2015.
All comments will be logged and taken into consideration by the Task Force, before finalising the new Rules for approval by the Claims and Communications Committee and Board of Governors in June 2015.
