In line with our efforts to continue to serve our members better, RSPO is pleased to announce the latest features in RSPO’s PalmTrace system, which aim to enhance its functionality.
The three new features, which can be found under the ‘Trading and Stock’ tab, are as follows:
- Frequent Suppliers/Buyers List: On this tab, RSPO members can add all their suppliers to get an overview of their licences in PalmTrace. It shows whether the suppliers’ licences are still active or have expired. This feature aims to support our members with the implementation of Clause 5.4.3 of the Supply Chain Certification Standard 2020, which states that members who received RSPO certified material shall verify the status of the supplier’s licence.
- Recent Transactions: This tab gives members an overview of their recent transaction(s). It includes details such as Transaction ID, Seller/Buyer details, Product, Volume, and Shipping Date.
- Volume Summary: This tab provides an overview of the volume purchased, downgraded, sold, and converted.
For more information on these new features, please download a copy of the attached Quick Guides, which is also available under the ‘Download’ section of RSPO’s PalmTrace.
If you have any questions about these enhancements, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected] or [email protected].
