Organisation's Commitments Toward Sustainability

  • How will your organisation promote the RSPO internally and to other stakeholders?
    As Austrian producer of sweets it is our demand to produce products of high quality and therefore, using sustainable raw materials. So the usage of sustainable palm oil is one further step in order to meet our general requirements accordingly. We will inform our customers about RSPO during our direct communication.
  • Where relevant, what processes is the organisation establishing to engage with interested parties, for example to resolve conflict or to use sustainably produced palm oil?
    The consumer opinion is regarded as valuable source of suggestions. Therefore we are open for suggestions and discussions concerning sustainable palm oil.
  • Where relevant, how will your organisation work towards implementing the RSPO Principles and Criteria or assessing supplier performance against these criteria?
    We will implement the RSPO criteria into the quality managment documentation and if relevant with audits or specific questionaires.
  • Any other information that would support the application such as what your organisation hopes to gain from joining RSPO and how it would support RSPO?
    RSPO is one further visible sign to our customers that using sustainable raw-materials is key for us. We will of course observe the further developments in this sector.
