Effective 3 October 2023, the latest version of the RSPO Rules on Market Communications and Claims 2022 requires all RSPO Members to comply with updated requirements. However, due to unforeseen developments in RSPO’s new digital system, we regret to inform you that the development of the Trademark Remote Audit platform is currently delayed.
The RSPO is developing PRISMA, a unified digital certification, trade, and traceability system, which will integrate the Trademark Remote Audit platform projected to be operational in 2025.
In light of these circumstances, we are implementing an interim measure for requirements 5.1.5 and 5.1.6 of the RSPO Rules on Market Communication and Claims 2022. During this interim period, RSPO Members who do not further modify end products or require Supply Chain Certification, such as retailers, traders, or distributors intending to use the RSPO Label with their own RSPO Trademark licence number in product-specific communications, may proceed by submitting this file to [email protected] with the email subject: “Interim Measure for Trademark Remote Audit_Company Name”.
Please note that this is a temporary and voluntary measure until the official launch of the Trademark Remote Audit platform or until further notice from the RSPO.
We understand the importance of this functionality for our members and their operations. We will keep all our members informed of any developments and updates regarding the Trademark Remote Audit platform. Your patience and understanding during this period is much appreciated.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected].
