Dear Member,

Please be informed that the deadline for the online GA registration and submission of proxy form will close on 26 November 2021, at 8:00 PM (GMT+8).

Ordinary members who are not attending the virtual GA on 2 December 2021 at 8:00 PM (GMT+8) are encouraged to register for E-Voting or appoint a proxy. Please be reminded that the advance E-Voting will close on 30 November 2021 at 8:00 PM (GMT+8).

All Ordinary members registered to vote can participate in the RSPO Resolution Forum to post questions and comments for each of the proposed resolutions. A Resolution Forum Guide is available to guide all members on accessing the Forum.
