Date: 8 March 2021 - 17 March 2021
Time:
Location: Webinar
Event Type:

As part of our continuous effort to familiarise our stakeholders with the Dispute Settlement Facility (DSF) mechanism, we would like to invite you to our upcoming webinars on:

(i) The Dispute Settlement Facility – what is it and how does it work?
(ii) Mock Mediation

The RSPO Dispute Settlement Facility (DSF) mechanism offers complainants, RSPO members, and relevant stakeholders involved in an active social or environmental-related complaint, the opportunity to resolve these matters through mutually agreed terms, with the help of DSF Mediation.

The first webinar strives to provide more information about DSF and how it works, while the subsequent webinars will be a simulation of a mediation based on a case study led by a mediator. We hope to provide greater insight on how a mediation operates.

Details of the webinars are as follows:

The Dispute Settlement Facility – what is it and how does it work?

Date: 9 March 2021
Time: 4:00PM – 5:00PM MYT

Mock Mediation

Date: 18 March 2021
Time: 4:00PM – 5:00PM MYT

Register is now open at http://bit.ly/DSFwebinars

We strongly encourage all members to attend both webinars.
