The Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) is a global partnership to make palm oil sustainable. Today, the RSPO is a global, non-profit organisation with over 6,000 voluntary members across 104 countries and territories, representing every link in the supply chain: oil palm producers, palm oil processors and traders, consumer goods manufacturers, retailers, banks and investors, environmental or nature conservation non-governmental organisations (NGOs), and social or developmental NGOs.

The Senior Executive, Training will support the execution and administration of RSPO’s prisma training programmes, particularly focused on documentation, logistics, language coordination and training material localisation. This role assists the Manager, Training to deliver multilingual, cross-time zone training to RSPO Members and Certification Bodies.

The location of this role is Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and it’s a 2 years fixed – term contract.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties include but will not be limited to the following:

Training Coordination & Support

  • Support training sessions (virtual and physical) with setup, participant communication, and coordination.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating training material repositories and
  • Liaise with interpreters and translation vendors to ensure multilingual delivery of training materials.
  • Track training attendance, participant feedback, and overall effectiveness to continuously improve training methods.

 Administrative and Cross-Functional Support

  • Work closely with RSPO Subject Matter Experts to ensure training content aligns with RSPO certification, trade, and traceability rules.
  • Coordinate logistics for global training calendars including time zone
  • Assist in the preparation and formatting of user guides and e-learning
  • Provide general administrative support to the Manager, Training and project team

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

Education

  • Degree qualified

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in an administrative, training, or coordination role. Exposure to digital systems or sustainability-related work is an advantage.

Technical and Professional Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of systems training, change management competencies and business process RSPO certification standards will be an advantage.
  • Experience with content development and digital training experience (webinars, instructional design).
  • Familiarity with digital technologies, trends, and best practices is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
