The RSPO Shared Responsibility Requirements and Implementation document developed by the Shared Responsibility Task Force (SRTF) was endorsed by the RSPO Board of Governors (BoG) on 31 October 2019. The document provides definitions of Shared Responsibility (SR) procedures applicable to selected RSPO members (non-producer ordinary members) and includes recommended mechanisms for reporting and the collection of SR requirements.

At the RSPO BoG meeting in November 2019, it was agreed that a Working Group should be set up to implement the SR requirements, as detailed in the endorsed SR Requirements and Implementation document. This includes the development of procedural and/or guidance documents, the incentives and sanctions system, as well as the resourcing plan for transformation.

We wish to invite all interested stakeholders to join the SRWG by sending your expression of interest to [email protected] with [email protected] in copy. For more detailed information, please view the TOR below.

Please note that nominations close on 3 April 2020 (5.30 pm MYT).
