RSPO is pleased to announce that the Annual Communication of Progress (ACOP) 2021 is now open for submissions. ACOP reports must be made via the MyRSPO member portal by Friday, 20 May 2022 at 12:00 AM (UTC+8).
The submission of an ACOP report is mandatory for all Ordinary and Affiliate members who have been with RSPO for at least one year. It is voluntary for all Supply Chain Associates, and Ordinary and Affiliate members who have not completed a full year of RSPO membership.
To help members prepare for ACOP 2021, we have created two instructional videos, and ACOP Guidelines which are available in eight languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Japanese, and simplified Chinese.
What is ACOP?
ACOP Process in 6 Easy Steps
To provide a more convenient overview of an RSPO member’s sustainability journey and progress, ACOP Report Card Generators by membership category are now available on the ACOP webpage. The ACOP Report Card Generator summarises a member’s key certification and progress points, including the extent of the production or consumption of certified RSPO palm oil and palm oil products over time, starting from ACOP 2013 through to ACOP 2020.
The Shared Responsibility (SR) section of ACOP has been streamlined and improved to align with the SR Requirements. Ordinary non-grower RSPO members who need to comply with the SR Requirements must report their compliance through the SR section of the ACOP report and all evidence of your compliance should be uploaded via your membership profile in MyRSPO.
To ensure you receive the latest communications from the Secretariat, please ensure that your membership profile, including Group Membership and contact details, is up to date in the MyRSPO member portal. You may view your past ACOP reports on the ACOP webpage.
We look forward to your cooperation and hope you have a successful ACOP reporting year. Should you have any enquiries, please contact [email protected].
Thank you,
RSPO Secretariat
