We are pleased to announce that the Annual Communication of Progress (ACOP) 2019 is now open for submissions. Members can submit their ACOP 2019 report via the MyRSPO member portal from 2 March 2020 to 17 April 2020, 2400 hours (GMT+8)

For guidance on the preparation of ACOP 2019, please refer to the ACOP Guidelines document and the following instructional video. The ACOP Guidelines document is also available in French, Spanish, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Japanese, and Chinese.

The RSPO Secretariat will also be hosting webinars on the ACOP 2019 on 11 March 2020 to provide a guided walkthrough of the ACOP 2019 submission process and answer questions from attendees. Please sign up for the webinars here.

The ACOP report submissions are mandatory for all Ordinary and Affiliate members that have been members of RSPO for at least one year. However, ACOP report submissions are voluntary for all Supply Chain Associates as well as for Ordinary and Affiliate members who have not yet completed a full year of RSPO membership.

The ACOP 2019 also incorporates a new set of basic Shared Responsibility indicators that will provide the baseline data for the implementation of Shared Responsibility. This will be used to inform the ongoing development of the Shared Responsibility directives that aim to make sustainable palm oil the norm.
We look forward to your cooperation and hope you have a successful ACOP reporting year. Should you have any enquiries, please contact [email protected]
