RSPO is pleased to announce that the submission of the Annual Communication of Progress (ACOP) 2024 is scheduled to open on Monday, 10 March 2025 at 12:00 AM (midnight) MYT (GMT+8). Submissions must be made via the MyRSPO member portal by Friday, 2 May 2025 at 11:59 PM MYT (GMT+8).
The submission of the ACOP report is mandatory for all Ordinary and Affiliate memberswho joined before 10 March 2024. However, it is voluntary for all Associates members, as well as Ordinary and Affiliate members who joined after 10 March 2024.

To help members prepare for ACOP 2024, we have created two instructional videos and ACOP Guidelines, available in nine languages: Bahasa Indonesia, simplified Chinese, English, French, German, Japanese, Polish, Spanish, and Thai.
Annex 2 of the ACOP Guidelines contains a full list of ACOP 2024 questions in MS Excel format to assist members in preparing for submission, including generic conversion values for palm oil- and palm kernel oil-based derivatives as a reference for RSPO Credits.
Shared Responsibility (SR) Scorecard
The SR performance uploaded in MyRSPO, together with the certified volume uptake reported in ACOP, is translated into a score published in the SR Scorecard of the RSPO website.
Evidence to show compliance to the SR requirements shall be uploaded via your membership profile in MyRSPO. Please login to your MyRSPO account and upload the relevant policies, plans and relevant reports there. If you do not have a policy or if your policy does not cover all items, you will be required to provide a Declaration of Support for the relevant policy items in your MyRSPO profile.
Please find the guide on how to declare SR performance in MyRSPO here. Additional information on the required policies and plans applicable to all sectors as well as the annual uptake targets for supply chain actors can be found on the SR Requirements 2019 document (Annex 1), the specific Sector Guidance documents, and the Factsheet for the calculation of Shared Responsibility Uptake Target volume here. Or you may also email the Shared Responsibility team at [email protected].
The next update of the SR Scorecard will take place in September 2025, using the data available in MyRSPO by 1 July 2025 and ACOP 2024 uptake volumes.
To ensure you receive the latest communication from the RSPO Secretariat, please check that your membership profile, including Group Membership and contact details, is up to date in the MyRSPO member portal. You may view your past ACOP reports on the RSPO ACOP page.
We look forward to your cooperation and hope you have a successful ACOP reporting year.
