KLK Berhad has proposed a new development plan for its concession that covers an area of 788.82ha located inside its operational area in PT Putra Bongan Jaya (PT PBJ) management unit. The proposed development area is located in Pulau Lanting Village of Jempang Sub-District, as well as Muara Kedang, Jambuk and Muara Gusik Villages of Bongan Sub-District, Kutai Barat , Kalimantan Timur Province, Indonesia.
The NPP verification of PT PBJ was conducted by PT Mutuagung Lestari auditor on 29 July 2020 – 2 August 2020.
The Summary report of this area is now undergoing the 30 days public notification as required by the RSPO New Planting Procedure 2015 beginning from 3 May 2021 until 2 June 2021.
