The RSPO Rules on Market Communications & Claims have been revised and approved by the Communications & Claims Standing Committee as of January 2019. Specifically, changes have been made to section six on ‘Business to Consumer Communications’. Please ensure the relevant teams in your company are familiar with these guidelines.
