The RSPO Human Rights and Social Standards (HRSS) team is currently conducting a gap analysis survey on Decent Living Wage (DLW). As stipulated in Indicator 6.2.6 of the 2018 RSPO Principles and Criteria (P&C), a DLW is required to be paid to all workers.
The HRSS team would like to encourage all UoCs to participate in the survey to gain feedback on the experience, challenges and avenues for improvement with regards to complying with Indicator 6.2.6. The insights gained from your responses will be valuable as we tailor future efforts to support Decent Living Wage (DLW) implementation.
The survey is available in English, French, Spanish and Bahasa Indonesia. Click on the drop-down at the top right corner to select your preferred language. Please click HERE to participate in the survey. It should not take more than 10 minutes to complete.
It would be highly appreciated if RSPO members forward the survey to their relevant UoC staff who are directly working on DLW (e.g., Sustainability, Human Resources and/or Finance).
Please note that the survey closes on 31 January 2023. Thank you in advance for your participation.
For any questions, please contact the HRSS team directly at [email protected].
