Version 4.2 of the 2024 RSPO Principles & Criteria and Version 2.2 of the 2024 RSPO Independent Smallholder Standard

We would like to announce that the 2024 RSPO Principles & Criteria (P&C) has been updated to Version 4.2 and the 2024 RSPO Independent Smallholder Standard (ISH) has been updated to Version 2.2 as of 16 February 2026. The latest versions include the addition of Annex 4 (List of RSPO-recognised Human Rights Due Diligence Frameworks) in the 2024 P&C and the procedural updates approved by the Standard Standing Committee (SSC) in both the P&C and ISH Standard.

No further revisions to both standards are expected, as the interim revision period for procedural updates has concluded.
