The Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) is a global, non-profit organisation with a voluntary membership base. We bring together stakeholders from all across the palm oil value chain to develop and implement global standards for sustainable palm oil. The members of RSPO include oil palm producers, processors and traders, consumer goods manufacturers, retailers, financial institutions, environmental NGOs and social NGOs.

The RSPO has developed a set of environmental and social criteria for companies to produce Certified Sustainable Palm Oil (CSPO). When they are properly applied, these criteria helps minimise the negative impact of palm oil cultivation on the environment and local communities in palm oil-producing regions.

On the basis of these Terms of Reference (‘ToR’), RSPO aims to select a consultant, a group of consultants, or an agency to develop a comprehensive benchmarking study on how different Reporting Frameworks and Sustainability Rating Systems (hereafter: RFSRS) relate to sustainable palm oil sourcing and align with and/or reference the RSPO Standards.

For a detailed description of the assignment please refer to this document.

If you would like to submit your proposal kindly send it to [email protected] no later than 6 February 2026. We kindly encourage you to submit your proposal as soon as possible as we will approach evaluations on a rolling basis according to the Criteria identified in the ToR to expedite the selection process. In any case no decision will be taken before having evaluated internally all the proposals received.
