The Shared Responsibility (SR) framework consists of 29 requirements that act as a roadmap for Ordinary, non-grower RSPO members to lead their sectors’ sustainability transformation through a shared vision, and as a catalyst for change to make sustainable palm oil the norm. Members need to report their commitments against the SR requirements by submitting their Annual Communication of Progress (ACOP) report and by providing the evidence in their MyRSPO profile.

The Shared Responsibility Scorecard, which was launched in April 2023, is a transparent monitoring system showing RSPO Members’ Shared Responsibility performance, which is calculated based on the self-reported commitments from members in their ACOP report and in the SR section of their MyRSPO profile

Please note that the deadline for updating your MyRSPO profile is on 1 July 2023, and the new performance scores will be published in September 2023. Any submission on MyRSPO after 1 July 2023, will be included in the next update of the Scorecard in September 2024.

Since the launch of the Shared Responsibility Scorecard, the RSPO Secretariat has expanded the listed SR topics in members’ MyRSPO profile to fully align with all the 29 requirements. At the next update of the Scorecard, all listed SR requirements will be considered when calculating the new Shared Responsibility scores.

Members can update their MyRSPO profile using this step-by-step guide. You can upload evidence showing your commitment against the SR requirements  (e.g., human rights policy) in the form of a file or URL, or you can click on the Declaration if you have not yet implemented a particular topic but are supporting the SR requirement.

If you have questions on the Shared Responsibility requirements or experience any issue with reporting, please contact the SR team at  [email protected].
