Braden Group has proposed a new development plan for its concession that covers an area of 84.40 ha located inside its operational area in Agroindustria Palmera San Román S.A. The plantation properties are located in Franja Transversal del Norte Km. 459.20, Cruce a Tierra Linda, Caserío Yalmachac, Chisec, Alta Verapaz, Guatemala.
The NPP verification for Agroindustria Palmera San Román S.A. was conducted through document verification and on-site visit. SCS Global Services auditors conducted the document review from 18 August to 26 September 2025 and on-site verification from 1 to 3 October 2025.
The summary report of this area is undergoing a 30-day public comments period as required by the RSPO New Planting Procedure 2021 from 26 February 2026 until 27 March 2026.
