We are pleased to inform you that the public consultation for the draft Prevailing Wage Calculation Procedure (PWCP) has commenced. The draft PWCP was approved by the Living Wage Task Force (LW-TF) on 25 October 2025 and was subsequently endorsed by the RSPO Standard Standing Committee on 15 November 2025 for public consultation and field trials.
This procedure supports the implementation of Indicator 6.3.1 (C) of the 2024 Principles and Criteria for the Production of Sustainable Palm Oil (P&C), which requires Units of Certification (UoCs) to calculate prevailing wages in accordance with the PWCP.
Your feedback plays an important role in ensuring that the procedure is clear, practical, auditable, and aligned with the RSPO Living Wage Strategy. We would greatly appreciate your input before the consultation closes. The Public Consultation period ends on 23 March 2026.
You can access the consultation materials and submit your comments via the public commenting platform here:
We will be organising a webinar on the about the draft and public consultation platform on 2 March 2026 (Monday):
Please note that live interpretation will not be available for this session. However, the draft document open for comment is available in English, Bahasa Indonesia, Spanish, and French.
If you have any questions or require clarification during your review, please feel free to reach out to [email protected].
