Module Features and Transition Plan
Full Audit Module
- What features are included in the full Audit Module in prisma?
- Key features include:
- Digitised Pre-Audit Processing (UPAR): Enables members to transition pre-audit preparation into a digital format by entering Management Unit Details, Smallholder data, Worker/Peat metrics, and summary remarks directly on the platform.
- Mandatory Field Validation and Progress Tracking: Ensures complete data compliance prior to submission to prevent rejections, while providing an “All” audits dashboard to filter active applications by status (Draft, Ongoing, Past, Rejected).
- Corrective Actions for Audit Findings and Remarks: Allows members to view individual audit findings, implement corrective actions, and directly resolve auditor or Secretariat queries through an interactive, tracked remark system.
- Multi-Mill Safeguards: Implements a mandatory acknowledgment modal and warning statement prior to submission when a Multi-Mill certification mode is selected, prompting members to manually affirm compliance with multi-mill requirements.
- Key features include:
- What actions should Certification Bodies (CBs) and members take regarding the Full Audit Module Go-Live?
- All CBs are advised to reschedule audits to avoid pre-audit and on-site audits during 16–22 November 2026.
- Will there be any licence extension for the launch of the Full Audit Module?
- A maximum three-month time extension is granted (upon request) for all original licences expiring between 1 October 2026 and 30 November 2026. Members must contact their respective CB to arrange the extension if required.
- By 23 November 2026, if an Audit Application is still in the status “Pending CB licence application in “Audit” under the Audit module and the Pre-Audit has not yet been conducted, what should the CB do with the existing Audit Application?
- If the Audit Application is still in the status “Pending CB licence application in “Audit” and the Pre-Audit has not been conducted, it should be continued in prisma (Full Audit Module).
- For an Audit Application created before 16 November 2026, but where the pre-audit/audit (i.e., Opening Meeting) is conducted before 16 November 2026, should the Audit Application remain in the existing prisma interim process?
Yes. Any Audit Application created before 16 November 2026 where the pre-audit/audit has been conducted before 16 November 2026 (i.e., Opening Meeting) shall remain in prisma under the current interim process.
EUDR Functionalities
- What new EUDR Functionalities are introduced in prisma?
- Key functionalities include:
- Polygon Data Sharing Consent Framework: Ability to provide consent within prisma to share geographic polygon data alongside physical supply chain transactions.
- Stock Separation and “Specify Source”: Stock Management module can physically separate and track stock volumes with polygon data independently from stock volume without polygon data.
- Traceability and Reporting Capabilities: Traceability data for transactions from the past 12 months will be automatically referenced unless users manually specify a source.
- Key functionalities include:
- How does prisma help compliance with EUDR?
- The Regulation itself recognises third party verified schemes as tools which can be used by companies in their risk assessment, without substituting the operators’ legal responsibility with regards to due diligence.
- prisma allows members to upload and trace relevant EUDR compliant information throughout the supply chain.
- When will these EUDR functionalities be launched in prisma?
- The functionalities will be launched on 1 November 2026 and can be accessed via the respective modules below.
- Where is the EUDR functionalities module located in prisma?
- EUDR functionalities is not a specific module in prisma as the functionalities are spread across different modules throughout prisma.
- The exact module for each functionality can be found below:

PalmGHG V5
- What is the PalmGHG V5 module in prisma?
- PalmGHG V5 is the latest version of the RSPO PalmGHG Calculator, directly integrated into prisma, that brings together various RSPO modules, including entity management and audit. The integration enables users to prepare, submit, review and manage PalmGHG assessments within prisma, streamlining the submission, audit and reporting of PalmGHG information as part of P&C certification.
- What are the main improvements from PalmGHG V4 to V5?
- While PalmGHG V5 follows a similar foundational approach to V4, it introduces several key enhancements to align with the GHG Protocol Standards. It will be complemented with a detailed technical guidance, including updated scope and boundary, refined calculation methodologies, featuring updated default values and emission factors. The emissions are now categorised distinctly under Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3, with biogenic carbon emissions, carbon removals, and crop sequestration reported separately as optional information. Refer to Chapters 1 and 2 of the PalmGHG V5 Manual for more information.
- What features are included in the PalmGHG V5 module in prisma?
- Through its integration with prisma, PalmGHG V5 provides an enhanced user experience that includes:
- Streamlined Workflows: Smoother end-to-end processes for assessments, audits, and reporting.
- Technical Upgrades: Updated methodologies, data validation, and streamlined default value management to support accurate and reliable GHG reporting.
- User-friendly features: Improved navigation and integrated entity management information, greater visibility of assessment progress, downloadable calculation sheets, and activity logs.
- Comprehensive Support: The PalmGHG V5 Manual provides enhanced user guidance to support the transition and daily use of the module. Refer to Chapter 3 of the PalmGHG V5 Manual for more information.
- Through its integration with prisma, PalmGHG V5 provides an enhanced user experience that includes:
- How will PalmGHG V5 be transitioned and when does it become mandatory?
- 1 Nov 2026 (Go-Live): Members may access PalmGHG V5 and begin preparing assessments. Assessments cannot be submitted until the Audit Application ID under the Audit module is available from 16 Nov 2026 onwards.
- 1 Nov 2026 – 30 April 2027 (Transition Period): Members may choose either PalmGHG V5 (Recommended: directly integrated with Audit Module) or PalmGHG V4 (Alternative: requires manual PDF summary report upload).
- From 1 May 2027: PalmGHG V5 becomes mandatory for all P&C audit and certification processes.
- After the full transition to PalmGHG V5, can I still use PalmGHG V4?
- RSPO is currently finalising the phase-out arrangements for PalmGHG V4. Further details on the phase-out schedule will be communicated to all members and CBs in due course.
