RSPO Excellence Awards – Open for Submissions 1 September

The RSPO Excellence Awards spotlight the outstanding ways in which RSPO members around the world provide solutions to address the current challenges of the global palm oil industry and scale up the sustainable palm oil value chain. 

The Awards will be presented at the 2022 RSPO Excellence Awards Night during the welcome reception of the RSPO Annual Roundtable Conference on Sustainable Palm Oil (RT2022), on Monday 28 November 2022.

Award Categories
In 2022, the RSPO Excellence Awards will give four awards under these categories of Shared Responsibility for Market Transformation, for all non-grower members with public commitment through the RSPO Shared Responsibility Framework; Conservation Leadership, to an organisation that has exceeded the RSPO Principles and Criteria requirements for environmental and social stewardship; the Smallholder Impact Programme to an independent smallholder group that has demonstrated knowledge, capacity, and conservation efforts through certification leading to improved livelihoods, or an organisation that has integrated independent oil palm smallholders into sustainable palm oil supply chains; and Outstanding Achievement to organisation that represents our shared vision of market transformation and has demonstrated outstanding efforts in realising one or more of RSPO’s goals for People, Planet, and Prosperity. 

Submissions for the Excellence Awards open at the beginning of September 2022. All RSPO Members are encouraged to apply, to highlight your success and commitment towards sustainable palm oil on the global stage!
