    Organisation's Commitments Toward Sustainability

  • How will your organisation promote the RSPO internally and to other stakeholders?
    We have a capacitation plan where both employees and stakeholders are included, where we promote sustainability and RSPO principles and criteria.
  • Where relevant, what processes is the organisation establishing to engage with interested parties, for example to resolve conflict or to use sustainably produced palm oil?
    In our plantations we have a community relations team, working to benefit communities and have no problems with them, through health programs, education program and we have a very open communication with communities.
  • Where relevant, how will your organisation work towards implementing the RSPO Principles and Criteria or assessing supplier performance against these criteria?
    Will have training for all stakeholders.
    In our subsidiaries we have a certification area, who are responsable for the RSPO certification process.
    We have a RSPO Committee, where all the managers are involved, we meet once a month to assess progress towards certification.
    We hace a internal audit program where we assess the advance in RSPO certification.
  • Any other information that would support the application such as what your organisation hopes to gain from joining RSPO and how it would support RSPO?
    Since our parent company is a RSPO member, it is the example for the other subsidiary companies in sustainability where we work with good farming and industrial practices, environmental, social and good communities relations.
