RSPO and IDH, in partnership with Proforest, are pleased to invite you to register for the annual Sustainable Palm Oil Dialogue (SPOD) 2026 which will be held on Tuesday, 9 June 2026, at Chester Zoo in England, UK. 

This year’s theme, Resilience in Palm Oil: Thriving in a Turbulent World, brings together organisations from across the palm oil value chain to navigate this new reality. As global networks are tested by trade volatility and shifting policies, businesses must work towards building resilient and future-proof sourcing strategies.

Participation guidelines

Registration closes on 29 May 2026 and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If capacity is reached earlier, registration may close before the deadline. As SPOD is a free event, registered participants will be required to reconfirm their attendance. If additional seats become available, registrations may re-open. 

To facilitate broad participation, the organisers reserve the right to limit participants to two per organisation. Exceptions are at the discretion of the organisers and must be requested in advance by emailing [email protected].
