OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
Execute and monitor RSPO engagement activities targeted to improve relationship and understanding of different stakeholder categories need. The incumbent will assist the Director ~Strategic Stakeholder Relations in coordinating stakeholder engagement activities and its activities, primarily in communication, record of engagement activities, follow-up with the stakeholders and to assist in reporting and its relevant update.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help to facilitate and coordinate strategic stakeholder relations (SSR) engagement activities.
- Monitor and keep track of the Strategic stakeholder engagement related matters.
- Act as the focal communication point with the stakeholders especially with regard to the information to be prepared prior, during and post engagement.
- Monitoring of SSR activities, ensuring the minutes/meeting notes is timely, work plans, report writing, preparing presentations, and updating all related system folders accordingly.
- Prepare relevant materials or specific engagement purposes.
- Maintain and update stakeholder map on timely basis, ensure progress are recorded and action points are followed up.
- Ensure assurance data/information in the impact report is accurately captured and reported.
- Provide support to the department to implement programmes and meet the objectives set in the RSPO Roadmap and other management plans and decisions.
- Assist in the relevant outreach programs or other workshops organised by the SSR unit or other departments.
- Carry out any other tasks deemed necessary by the Strategic Stakeholder Relations Director and COO.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
- Bachelor Degree in Human Relations or relevant discipline
- At least 1 to 2 years working experience
- Preferably with experience with policy and development background
TECHNICAL & PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE
- Familiarity with G-Suite (Docs, Spreadsheets, Drives, etc.)
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, including writing, proofreading skills and speaking.
- Excellent organization skills and experience with project management.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and work assignments from a variety of divisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone with high professionalism.
- Ability to accomplish projects with little supervision.
- Fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for quality.
- Ability to lead others by influence and develop strong relationships across the organization
- Proficiency in English with good writing and communication skills.
