The Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) is a not-for-profit, international membership organisation that is working to transform markets to make sustainable palm oil the norm. To do this, we have united stakeholders from all sectors of the palm oil supply chain and civil society to develop and implement global standards for sustainable palm oil production and procurement.

Since its inception in 2004, RSPO has enjoyed rapid growth and today has 5,000 members from 101 countries, including oil palm producers, processors, traders, consumer goods manufacturers, retailers, banks, and non-governmental organisations. Thanks to the commitments and actions of these members, nearly 20% of the global supply of palm oil has already been certified as sustainable.

The Executive, Graphic Design will be responsible for designing RSPO related visual assets and communication material, and for maintaining RSPO’s brand identity (and look and feel). The job will involve supporting the Senior Executive, Graphic Design to create design solutions that meet the needs of the organisation, ensuring designs have a high visual impact that are recognisable as RSPO assets, as well as amending and adapting existing RSPO designs and materials.

The location of this role is Malaysia.


Duties include but will not be limited to the following:

  1. To liaise with internal stakeholders to determine their design requirements and assist the Graphic Design Senior Executive with conceptualising/ in line with the Marketing and Communications’ Standard Operating Procedures

  2. Create, develop and execute designs for online/digital platforms, print materials and audio visual content, often simultaneously

  3. Support internal projects and campaigns to promote and achieve business objectives

  4. Monitor use of RSPO design and visual content by internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the RSPO Brand Guidelines are followed consistently

  5. Continue to develop the RSPO Brand Identity and content bank in keeping with industry best practice.

  6. Apart from the duties stated above, to perform any duty or duties reasonably assigned



  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design / Creative Multimedia or equivalent.

  • 2 to 4 years’ experience in designing projects on digital platforms.



  • Competent in graphic design software – Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

  • Experience with Adobe Animate and After Effects is desirable.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and interact with different stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in English with good communication skills.

  • Ability in establishing cooperation and rapport with internal and external parties of different backgrounds and/or nationalities.

  • High integrity and a good team player.

  • Goal oriented and organized.

  • Quantitative and qualitative skills.

  • Self-motivated and self-directed.
