The Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) is inviting experienced consultants to submit proposals for a review of the RSPO Free Prior Informed Consent (FPIC) Procedures for Implementation in Jurisdictional Approach Certification.

The primary objective of this review is to conduct a study on FPIC, focusing on developing a set of proposed adjustments to the RSPO FPIC Guide (2022) to ensure it suits the scale and context of the Jurisdictional Approach (JA). The study entails a thorough review of the RSPO FPIC Guide (2022) and other relevant RSPO guidance documents, analysis of its applicability to JA, and recommendations for adapting the FPIC Guide to the jurisdictional scale.

The study and its recommendations will form the basis for developing an RSPO Jurisdictional Approach FPIC Process.

Interested parties are advised to review the attached Terms of Reference (ToR) thoroughly and submit their expressions of interest, proposals, and other required documents to [email protected] by 6:00 PM MYT (GMT+8) by 24 December 2025 at the latest.
