We are pleased to announce that the RSPO Assurance Division will be hosting its seventh Assurance Clinic, ahead of RT2025 in Kuala Lumpur. This clinic offers participants the opportunity to meet one-on-one with the Assurance team to discuss any assurance-related matters, from understanding and implementation to compliance with the RSPO Standards.

For the first time ever, the Assurance Clinic will also feature our colleagues managing the prisma platform, giving participants the chance to clarify queries related to entity management, audit and certification, and trade processes directly with the prisma team.

Venue: Johor Room, Shangri-la Kuala Lumpur

Date: Sunday, 2 November 2025

Time: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (GMT+8, Kuala Lumpur time)

There will be eight dedicated desks covering the following topics. If you are interested in joining, please book your slot using the link provided by Tuesday, 28 October 2025, at 5:00 PM (GMT+8).

Each registrant will have a 30-minute one-to-one session to raise questions and explore solutions with the respective experts. If you wish to discuss multiple topics, please book separate, non-overlapping slots, as different team members will be handling different topics.
