RSPO is pleased to announce that the submission of the Annual Communication of Progress (ACOP) 2025 is scheduled to open on Monday, 16 March 2026 at 12:00 AM (midnight) MYT (GMT+8). Submissions must be made via the MyRSPO member portal by Friday, 8 May 2026 at 11:59 PM MYT (GMT+8).
The submission of the ACOP report is mandatory for all Ordinary and Affiliate members who have joined before 1 January 2025. However, it is voluntary for all Associates members, as well as Ordinary and Affiliate members who have joined after 1 January 2025.
To help members prepare for ACOP 2025, we have created two instructional videos and ACOP Guidelines, available in nine languages: Bahasa Indonesia, simplified Chinese, English, French, German, Japanese, Polish, Spanish, and Thai.
Annex 2 of the ACOP Guidelines contains a full list of ACOP 2025 questions in MS Excel format to assist members in preparing for submission, including generic conversion values for palm oil- and palm kernel oil-based derivatives as a reference for RSPO Credits.
To ensure you receive the latest communication from the RSPO Secretariat, please check that your membership profile, including Group Membership and contact details, is up to date in the MyRSPO member portal. You may view your past ACOP reports on the RSPO ACOP page.
Supporting Smallholders Through IS-Credits

ACOP 2024 data highlights how RSPO Certified independent smallholder (ISH) groups sell their products, showing that 68% of smallholder sales, equivalent to about 1.3 mil MT of FFB, rely on ISH Credits rather than physical certified FFB. This underscores the critical role ACOP plays in understanding smallholder market access and sustainability challenges. IS-Credits are a direct market mechanism that enable RSPO Members to connect directly with certified independent smallholders. Purchasing IS-Credits is therefore a crucial way for Members to support smallholders in achieving and maintaining RSPO Certification, which is essential for driving sustainability across the palm oil sector. Timely and accurate ACOP reporting, alongside the purchase of IS-Credits, allows Members to make informed decisions and deliver meaningful, measurable support to smallholders. IS-Credits can also be used to meet the Shared Responsibility (SR) requirements on CSPO uptake and smallholder support.
We look forward to your cooperation and hope you have a successful ACOP reporting year.
